I think you are absolutely right.
The brain is also somehow connected with other part of our body. There is the saying a healthy brain needs also a healthy body.
So we should not just train our brain buit also one should pay attention on what we eat, drink and how much we work out.
Emotion and how we get along with them is very important for our life and our brain.I think it is to express your emotions through communication with our next one. Often we just try to avoid conflicts so everyone is some kind of happy. But this is a little bit shortsighted.
So the brain is not just logic but also emotion. Both parts very important.
